If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately and change your password right away.

Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following while using the 88kanqiu platform:

Providing false or misleading information during registration or in any dealings with the platform
Using another person's account or sharing an account with any third party
Using automated software, bots, or any technical tools to exploit the platform's systems
Engaging in any activity intended to defraud, manipulate, or harm other users or the platform

Payment & Transaction Information in MYR

All financial transactions on the 88kanqiu platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made using a valid payment method and an account registered in their own name. 88kanqiu does not accept deposits or withdrawals through third-party accounts.

Deposits are typically processed within minutes, depending on the payment method used. Withdrawals will be processed within the timeframe stated in the platform's help section, subject to successful identity verification. 88kanqiu reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, for fraud prevention and regulatory compliance purposes.

Any attempts at money laundering, payment fraud, or suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the accounts involved will be immediately closed with no refunds issued.

Where an account is suspended for legitimate reasons, any remaining balance may be reclaimed through the identity verification process established by our support team.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Governing Law

All content on the 88kanqiu platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software, and other visual elements — is the exclusive property of 88kanqiu and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, republish, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from 88kanqiu management.

This platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are outside 88kanqiu's control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Use of any third-party links is at the user's own risk.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be settled through the appropriate legal channels under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
